19 March 2017:         Arrive Cochin
Arrive Cochin International Airport. You will be met at the airport on arrival and transferred to your hotel in Fort Cochin (90 mins). Stay at your hotel in Fort Cochin for 02 nights.

Today evening enjoy a sunset cruise along the Cochin harbour to see the various activities and to see the Chinese fishing nets.

20 March 2017:         Cochin
Today we visit the sights including the Dutch Palace, with its murals from the Ramayana, the Jewish Synagogue in Mattancherry, and St Francis’ Church in Fort Cochin. Take a stroll around the Jew Street to hunt for antiques, spices and handloom before proceeding back to the hotel. This evening we enjoy Kathakali, a traditional dance-drama form of Kerala.

21 March 2017:         Cochin - Munnar
After breakfast, a 4 hour drive will take you to the famous tea county of Munnar. Check into at your hotel, Stay at your resort for 02 nights. Unending expanse of tea plantations...pristine valleys and mountains…exotic species of flora and fauna in its wild sanctuaries and forests…aroma of spice scented cool air. Set at an altitude of 6000 ft in Idukki district, situated at the confluence of three mountain streams, Munnar was the favored summer resort of the erstwhile British rulers in the colonial days. Sprawling tea plantations, picture book towns, winding lanes, trekking and holiday facilities make Munnar a unique experience.

22 March 2017:         Munnar
You have the whole day to enjoy the beautiful views of the stunning mountains and sprawling tea estates. You could also visit the Eravikulam National Park to see the endangered species of Nilgiri Tahr, Tea Museum and the Tea Factory. Later take a walk through the mist covered tea plantations to see the workers plucking the tea leaves.

23 March 2017:         Munnar - Madurai
After breakfast drive to the temple town of Madurai. Stay at the hotel for night. Afternoon enjoy a sightseeing tour of Madurai visiting the famous Madurai Meenakshi temple, Tirumalai Nayak Palace, Teppakulam pond and busy markets around the temple. Overnight stay at hotel.

24 March 2017:         Madurai – Periyar
Leaving Madurai after breakfast you are driven southwards to the 777square kms/485 square miles of Southern India’s best known Nature Reserve, Periyar Wildlife Sanctuary (4 hrs), in the Cardamom Hills. This is spice country. Stay at your hotel 2 nights.

Evening enjoy a spice garden visit to learn more about the spices grown in this region and later enjoy an elephant ride in the plantation.



25 March 2017:         Periyar
Morning at leisure. Afternoon enjoy a boat cruise on Lake Periyar to spot herds of Wild Elephants, Bisons, Sambar Deers, Nilgir Langurs, Malabar Giant Squirrels and variety of species of birds.

Evening at leisure to explore the spice town.

26 March 2017:         Periyar - Kumarakom
After breakfast, drive to Kumarakom (4 hrs), which is famous for its backwater & scenic beauty, sprinkled with traditional houseboats, country crafts, rural lifestyles and Tranquility. Afternoon, board your private Houseboat for an overnight cruise with onboard lunch, coverning the nearby villages and the ethenic life around these villages of Kumarakom, through the famous Vembanad Lake.

27 March 2017:         Kumarakom
After a leisurely breakfast disembark at the Kumarakom Boat Jetty, you will be met by your driver and proceed to the backwater resort. Overnight stay at backwater resort. Remainder of the day at leisure.

28 March 2017:         Kumarakom - Cochin
Today in goodtime you will be transferred to International Cochin airport to board flight to your further destination.
